About the Assignment
In the role of Interim Online Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving and developing the company's digital presence and sales in both owned and paid channels. The assignment is operationally focused with a clear mandate to quickly create impact, while simultaneously establishing structure and direction for the future.
You will step into a company with an international presence and a broad product portfolio, where you, together with internal teams and external partners, will be responsible for the entire digital customer journey, from visibility and traffic to conversion and loyalty.
This is a consultancy assignment for you who are accustomed to taking direct ownership, prioritizing correctly, and delivering results without a long ramp-up period.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive and develop the digital marketing strategy with a focus on growth and sales
- Ensure effective presence in relevant channels such as paid social, search, email, and web
- Be responsible for and set requirements for external agencies within digital marketing and content
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensure that content and communication align with the brand platform and business goals
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance against set KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement within conversion, customer journey, and channel strategy
- Drive the development of marketing automation, segmentation, and customer database
- Contribute to the development of the website, e-commerce platform, and digital touchpoints
Your Background
To succeed in this assignment, we see that you have several years of experience in digital marketing within e-commerce or B2C, where you have had clear responsibility for driving traffic, conversion, and growth. You are used to stepping into new contexts and quickly creating structure, clarity, and results. You are self-reliant, confident in your competence, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategy with operational execution.
You are driven by results, have a sharp business focus, and are not afraid to prioritize, challenge, and make decisions. At the same time, you are a team player who collaborates effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Documented experience in driving digital marketing both operationally and strategically
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs and how they translate into business results
- Experience working with and managing external agencies
- Good knowledge of relevant tools such as Google Analytics, CMS, and MA/CRM systems
- Experience with campaign planning and channel strategy
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious:
- Experience from international environments
- Experience with influencer marketing or content production
- Knowledge of design tools
Location & Application Process
This is a full-time assignment of approximately 6 months, located in Malmö. The consultancy assignment is preferably started in June.
