We are growing and increasing our presence in Sundsvall, where we are now looking for a Technical Property Manager. This is a new and exciting role where you will help shape the position with the goal of growing our technical property management operations in Sundsvall and the surrounding area. Initially, you will work with TAF (Technical Property Management) on an on-call basis, but you will also have a major focus on building and eventually owning your own customer portfolio. You will play a key role in working with the management within technical property management to develop routines, improve service delivery, and shape strategies. Here you will work closely with customers and act as an advisor to our customers regarding property and board matters for their housing cooperatives (BRF).

In this role, you will spend a lot of time on-site with customers, building relationships and conducting inspections, planned maintenance, proactive work, and creating maintenance plans. We are looking for someone who is good at prioritizing and maintaining structure even during intensive periods, and who possesses strong technical competence in real estate. You create clear structures and work proactively through your administrative skills combined with your technical knowledge. You enjoy collaborating and working in teams, like development, and customer satisfaction is very important to you.

Since the operations are being built up in the area, the role will be broad, especially in the beginning, and you are expected to take initiative, spot business opportunities, and establish a strong local network.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a property manager or construction project manager and has a broad understanding of property management in practice. You have a good technical building foundation and feel comfortable in a role where you need to drive the business and build trust locally. For this role, it is important that you enjoy taking responsibility, working independently, and being visible in the market. You are a person driven by making things happen and who sees the value in building something long-term. If you have worked in smaller contexts or in your own business, this can be a strength, as the role requires drive, flexibility, and a business-minded approach.

• Experience working as a property manager or construction project manager

• Good technical building knowledge

• Practical experience in property management

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Experience in building relationships and working outward-facing

• Good understanding of the business and ability to see opportunities

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Experience working with technical management for housing cooperatives (BRF)

• Experience working with maintenance plans.
