About Us

With us, you can work within elderly care or within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Disabilities) with people with disabilities.
Job Responsibilities
In your daily work, you are part of our users' everyday life and work to support them so that they can live as independent and active a life as possible. Our users have different needs for support in their daily lives.
Your workday may consist of helping with:
- Care and nursing
- Meals
- Activities
- Personal hygiene
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Grocery shopping
Elderly Care - Residential care for the elderly and home care
In residential care for the elderly, you work with care and supervision in the form of personal hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and activities.
In home care, you take care of people in their homes, where you help with cooking, dressing, shopping, and personal hygiene. You work independently and get around by bicycle or, in some cases, by car.
We also have some positions on the care and nursing on-call service, ward service, and day activities for people with cognitive impairment. We are also responsible for Younger Home Care, where the users are under 65 years old.
LSS for persons with disabilities
Here you work with people who have disabilities of all ages. You can work with adults in group homes or service apartments and day activities, or with children, young people, and young adults in leisure and short-term activities.
Here you provide support in the user's daily life, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management, as well as leisure and cultural activities. You also support in hygiene situations and care depending on the user's need for support.
Working Hours
- Work shifts occur during the morning, day, evening, and/or night.
- You are expected to work weekends in most of our operations.
- The summer period runs between weeks 22-35, but we have a need for substitutes both before and after the summer.
- We would like you to be able to work at least 6-8 consecutive weeks during the summer period.
Qualifications
- You are 18 years or older.
- It is good if you have completed the care and nursing program or child and youth care, but it is not a requirement.
- If you have experience working in a nursing home, in home care, or LSS, it is a plus.
- You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
- You also need to have good computer skills.
- You are experienced with bicycles and want to cycle; in some areas, a B-driving license is also required.
