At our client's site, you will work in a technologically advanced and socially vital environment where accounting is a central part of the company's financial management and monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in accounting tasks and wants to ensure that reporting, closing processes, and financial flows maintain high quality.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, tasks and responsibilities may vary. However, as an Accountant, you will play a key role in creating accurate decision-making foundations, contributing to good internal control, and supporting the business in accounting-related matters.

Common tasks may include:

• Ongoing accounting and periodization.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• VAT and tax filings.
• Reporting in accordance with current regulations, such as K3, IFRS, or similar.
• Collaboration with auditors prior to annual closing and audit.
• Analysis and monitoring of key financial figures.
• Preparation of financial data and reports.
• Communication with internal departments regarding accounting and reporting issues.
• Development and improvement of financial routines and processes.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• A post-secondary education in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting.
• Good knowledge of closing processes, accounting principles, and tax issues.
• Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Proficiency in systems, preferably from Hyperion, Agresso, SAP, or similar financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
