Do you want to work with complex systems where it is not enough to understand one component at a time – but where you need to get the entire chain to hang together?
At Knowit Connectivity in Jönköping, we work with products where hardware, software, and regulations meet. This often involves systems with high demands for security, reliability, and traceability, where the correct interpretation of requirements and directives is crucial for the final result.
We are now looking for you who want to take a central role in structuring, analyzing, and driving technology forward – regardless of whether your background is as a systems engineer, technical project manager, or similar.
Your role
Here, you work at the intersection of technology, requirements, and systems understanding. You ensure that the whole works – not just the parts.
Depending on the assignment, you may:
Structure and break down requirements from customers, standards, or regulations
Interpret directives and ensure they are correctly implemented in systems and solutions
Drive systems analysis, risk work, and technical trade-offs
Coordinate between development, testing, and other disciplines
Ensure that verification and validation actually respond to the correct requirements
In many assignments, your ability to ask the right questions, identify risks, and create clarity is at least as important as the technical implementation.
Our assignments
We work with customers within industry, consumer products, and safety-critical environments. What they have in common is that the systems are often technically complex and the requirements are high.
This can involve:
products where software and hardware are tightly integrated
environments where standards, regulations, and traceability are central
projects where many disciplines need to be coordinated to achieve the right result
About you
We believe you have a technical background and experience working with complex systems, but your exact title is less important.
You might have worked as a systems engineer, technical project manager, requirements analyst, or in another role where you took responsibility for the whole picture.
What is important is that you:
Have experience working with requirements, systems analysis, or technical coordination
Are comfortable interpreting and evaluating requirements, standards, or directives
Have the ability to see both the big picture and details in technical systems
Thrive in a role where you collaborate with many different competencies
Are structured and clear in your communication
Since some assignments require it, you need to:
Hold Swedish citizenship
Be able to undergo and pass a security clearance check
Why Knowit Connectivity?
We are a specialist team working close to complex technology, where many of our consultants have long experience in systems work in demanding environments.
With us, you get:
Work on assignments where systems understanding and quality are actually crucial
Opportunity to influence both working methods and technical decisions
Colleagues who have similar roles and are happy to share experiences
An environment where your ability to create structure and clarity is highly valued
As part of Knowit, you simultaneously gain access to a larger network, but we maintain a close and pragmatic daily life in the team here in Jönköping.
Does this sound like the right type of challenge?
Contact us and we will have a conversation. We are happy to tell you more about what our assignments look like and what role you can take with us.
