About the role

As a Student Information Officer, you work together with your team and help Vision grow as a trade union by recruiting new student members at your university. The main tasks include conducting classroom presentations, manning information booths, and participating in job fairs and labor market days. You also handle marketing and stay updated on what is happening at your specific campus. You and your team drive local operations and member growth, receiving support and coaching from your operations manager or section leader.

We are looking for someone who is

• A student at Linnaeus University in Kalmar or Växjö
• Social and outgoing
• A good team player
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Result-driven and enjoys working towards goals
• Creative

We would appreciate if you:

• Have experience in customer service and/or sales
• Have at least 1 year remaining of your studies
• Have been or are actively involved in student life at your university

The position is a fixed-term employment, term by term, for approximately 30 hours per month. The starting salary is 145 SEK/hour, excluding holiday pay, with the possibility of termly salary increases. We assume you share the values of the trade union movement, but prior knowledge of Vision or the union is not required – we will provide that.
