PRIMA Adult Psychiatry offers specialist psychiatric outpatient care for adults aged 18 and over with moderate to severe psychiatric issues. Our catchment area is Northeast Stockholm with units in the municipalities of Danderyd, Täby, Lidingö, Vallentuna, Åkersberga, and Vaxholm. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm. We have established a central substitute pool to staff our various units as needed. We now want to strengthen the pool with a few more employees who can also work during the summer, primarily July and August. In addition, there is staffing as needed throughout the year. Job Responsibilities: Working in our substitute pool means you may step in at all our different clinics depending on where there is a need. The tasks include telephony, cash/reception, medical record documentation in Take Care, My Healthcare Contacts 1177, and other types of documentation work as well as various other common duties for medical secretaries. Most of the work takes place at our clinics as you will be covering for absences. Qualifications: We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary, preferably with a few years of experience. Good computer skills, experience, and knowledge of Take Care are required. Experience and knowledge in telephony systems such as TeleQ or similar are highly meritorious. Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is flexible, meticulous, responsible, has good prioritization skills, and is unpretentious. Since you will be working at different clinics, it is important that you have a good ability to quickly adapt to new routines and collaborate easily. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and value good teamwork skills, communication skills, and a person who contributes to a positive work climate. Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish as well as computer skills in relevant healthcare systems are a basic requirement. Employment: The position is a fixed-term employment as needed with an hourly wage. Start date by agreement. We will prioritize applicants who have the possibility to work during the summer.
