Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to a well-functioning assistance service. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for a temporary/summer substitute as a personal assistant for a cheerful, people-loving 15-year-old boy in Fristad. He lives with his mom, dad, and his two younger brothers.

You, the applicant, are over 18 years old, enjoy being around children, and like spending time outdoors. We would appreciate it if you had a driver's license for manual cars, but bus connections are good. You should be responsible, empathetic, and self-assured.

Experience with alternative communication is a plus. Some lifting may be required, so it is important that you are in good physical condition, although assistive devices are available in the home.

You should be able to work independently but also in collaboration with the family.

It is an advantage if you are studying or have another part-time job, as the shifts are short and scheduled for afternoons/evenings and weekends.

On weekdays when the client is at school, shifts are scheduled approximately 15:35–21:00. On holidays/weekends, approximately 12:00–21:00 (for the entire summer holiday).

Previous experience in personal assistance is a plus, but the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right.
