We are looking for an experienced chef specializing in Chinese cuisine. The business operates as a sole proprietorship and offers authentic Asian dishes with a focus on traditional Chinese flavors. We are now seeking a chef who can contribute genuine expertise, high quality, and professional cooking skills to our growing kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare traditional Chinese dishes according to the company's menu and standards
- Prepare ingredients, marinades, sauces, and special items
- Be responsible for wok cooking, frying, steaming, and other Chinese culinary techniques
- Plan and organize kitchen work during service
- Ensure good hygiene and comply with Swedish food safety regulations
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus
Requirements
- At least 2 years of documented experience as a chef in Chinese cuisine
- Good knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to work independently at a fast pace
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and good teamwork skills
