We are a free school with approximately 200 students in grades 4–9. The school is centrally located in Bålsta, with easy access to public transport and green areas. Our focus is on ensuring that every student develops and succeeds according to their own prerequisites. Our students achieve high levels of goal fulfillment, and we strive to ensure that all students are well-prepared for their chosen upper secondary education. We have high expectations for our students and maintain good relationships with their guardians.

Our teaching staff possesses extensive experience and a strong desire to develop in their roles as educators. While we do not have a formal two-teacher system, two pedagogues often work together in several subjects to support each other. Our goal is to continuously develop our working methods to further benefit student learning. The relationship between teachers, the student health team (EHT), and management is important, and we collaborate closely to make the best decisions.

If we find the right person, we will hire an additional pedagogue for the lower secondary school (mellanstadiet) this autumn. Qualifications up to grade 7 are prioritized. We are looking for a qualified and licensed teacher. While we prefer candidates with a few years of teaching experience, it is not a requirement. Here, you will have access to many mentors, and you will never feel alone in your work. For the lower secondary level, we prefer qualifications in multiple subjects so that students do not have to change teachers multiple times during the day. We aim for you to teach the subjects you are qualified in. Prioritized subjects include Swedish, Social Studies (SO), and English, but other combinations are also interesting. Examples include Physical Education and Health, Craft (Wood and Metal), Mathematics, as well as Spanish or French. Our current teachers are qualified in multiple subjects, giving us the flexibility to "rearrange" the teaching assignments as needed.
