About the position

As a Site Manager, you have a combined strategic and operational role with overall responsibility for both business and production. You drive and develop construction projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, profitability, and efficiency. You work actively with business development through estimating and tendering work, as well as by building and developing customer relationships. In the role, you lead the daily operations and ensure that projects are driven according to plan regarding time, budget, and quality.

You plan and follow up on production and are responsible for ensuring that the right resources, materials, and equipment are in place. With a high presence in the projects, you create structure at the workplaces and lead, coach, and develop employees to build strong and effective teams. You also contribute to the long-term development of the business by driving improvement work and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role, we see that you have a background in the construction industry, for example as a foreman, project manager, or site manager. You have a good understanding of the entire construction process and feel comfortable working with estimating, tenders, and financial follow-up. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working in digital tools such as Bluebeam, Trimble Connect, and Excel. You express yourself comfortably in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
