Do you want to help shape how we work with quality across our entire tech organization? As a Test Strategy Lead here, you won't just think big – you'll also ensure it actually happens. Here, you build a test strategy that makes a real difference, where quality is a natural part of everything we do – from the first line of code to the final delivery.

What will you do?

You have a clear mandate: to own, develop, and drive our overarching test strategy. This means you set the technical direction for how we work with quality – but also that you help the organization put it into practice.

In your daily work, you move between strategy and reality. One moment you are defining principles and frameworks for how we should test our systems, the next you are supporting teams with concrete choices regarding test levels, methods, or automation. You become a natural partner to the development teams on issues concerning quality, testability, and how we build quality in from the start – rather than testing it in afterwards.

An important part of the role is also to create a common picture of where we actually stand. By gathering insights, analyzing quality data, and highlighting risks, you help us make better decisions, for example before releases or when we need to reprioritize.

You will among other things:

• set and further develop our overarching test strategy and ensure it is used

• drive modernization in testing, such as increased automation, AI support, and continuous quality assurance

• lead and contribute to forums where we gather competence in testing, quality, and security

• identify risks, quality deficiencies, and areas for improvement and drive change

At the same time, you keep an eye on what is happening in the external world regarding QA, AI, and DevOps and make it relevant and useful in our context.

Are you the one who will do this?

We believe you thrive in a role where you get to combine a helicopter view with being close to reality. You like setting direction and strategy, but you also know that the real shift happens in the everyday work together with the teams.

You have many years of experience working with testing, QA, or quality assurance in complex IT environments, and have previously been involved in creating or driving test strategies or quality frameworks. You have a good understanding of test levels, test design, and modern development approaches and are accustomed to collaborating closely with development teams.

It is also important that you have extensive experience with test automation and see the value of working in a data-driven manner. You gladly use data as support in analysis and decision-making, and explore how AI can simplify and improve both your own and others' work.

You have a relevant education as a foundation or have acquired equivalent competence through experience.
