Connecting Jobs is now looking for an administrator with experience in funding applications who wants to take a holistic approach to both structure and tender work.

In this role, you will have clear ownership of administration, follow-up, and reporting (80%), while simultaneously driving and developing our tender work (20%). You will work closely with the operations and contribute directly to our ability to secure new assignments and funding.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Responsible for producing high-quality data analysis and statistics for various reports.
• Ensure structure and data quality in the CRM system, as well as analyze data from various sources.
• Handle decision materials for management and the board, including reporting to external parties and funders.
• Responsible for administrative processes and improvements in working methods.
• Drive tender processes from analysis and structure to completed applications.
• Coordinate, structure, and quality-assure materials for tenders and applications.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in administrative work with responsibility for structure and follow-up.
• Experience in data analysis and producing statistics.
• Experience working with tenders or applications to funders, such as ESF or AMIF.
• Ability to independently develop and drive applications from start to finish.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
