This is your role

In this key role, you will become a central part of our consulting team – driving digitalization, efficiency, and process development within the Swedish industry. You will work closely with customers and actively contribute to the development of our services and business. For you, it is natural that quality, engagement, and business acumen go hand in hand – and you have a passion for creating profitable deliveries.

The role involves:

• Prospecting, initiating dialogues, and actively processing customers.
• Creating and maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Developing strategies for digitalization and automation within the process industry, as well as leading business development and tender work.
• Ensuring high-quality deliveries and developing customer relationships to increase satisfaction and business value.

How you will excel

We believe you are a driving and visionary person who is inspired by working at the intersection of technology and business. Your engagement, business acumen, and ability to develop business make you a successful salesperson within automation and OT.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Proven ability to drive independent, profitable business.
• A solid background in automation, OT in production, preferably process automation.
• Several years of experience in driving projects and ensuring delivery to the customer.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop operations within the technology sector.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in building relationships.
