At Inkludera Assistans, we are now looking for you who want to work with one of our clients on Gotland this summer.

We are looking for people who want to work as personal assistants on Gotland this summer!

The working hours vary depending on the position and the client you work for, but we have clients with shifts during both day and evening, including both awake night shifts and sleeping on-call duties.

Working as a personal assistant means being someone else's arms and legs. You will perform tasks that the person cannot do themselves in their daily life. The work takes place in the client's home, and duties may include personal care, medication management, daily chores, household tasks, shopping, cooking, and activities. The role of a personal assistant is generally a one-on-one position, although double staffing may occur in some cases.

You who apply should be outgoing, flexible, and have the ambition to go the extra mile for our clients' daily lives. The most important factor is the personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client, which may be decisive in the final selection.

Scope: Summer temporary position.

Start date: By agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions are filled as soon as possible.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.
