Zenivo is now looking for at least four appointment setters who want to help create new business opportunities within web and digital presence.

We work with modern corporate websites and digital solutions, with a special focus on SiteAdmin – a streamlined website solution for companies that want a professional homepage without unnecessary hassle.

We are now looking for you who want to work with pure appointment setting for our sales team. Your task is to establish contact with companies, generate interest, and book relevant meetings. You are not responsible for closing the deal yourself, but for opening the door to the right customer dialogue.

About the role

You will contact companies in need of a new website, a better website, or a solution that is easier to manage in everyday life. The focus is primarily on booking meetings regarding our SiteAdmin websites for companies.

The work is largely done from home and requires your own computer and a good internet connection. If you live in Borlänge, there is also the possibility, upon agreement, to work from the office at Science Park.

We are looking for you who

• are confident in contacting companies and can communicate in a professional manner
• are self-motivated and thrive working towards clear goals
• have good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital tools
• can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• preferably have experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer contact, but this is not a requirement

It is an advantage if you have some understanding of the web, business, or digital services, but you do not need to be a technical expert.
