Reducero compares interest rates and intermediates loans to private individuals via phone and our website. We have over 50 employees at two offices who help customers improve their personal finances every day.

As a loan officer, you are responsible for the initial customer contact. You help the customer create an application over the phone and schedule a meeting with an advisor. During the call, you will need knowledge of and insight into the customer's financial situation.

The commission is unlimited and based on the number of disbursed loans you facilitate. In other words, it is fully possible to earn a "full-time salary" despite working only 12 hours a week.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has an interest in economics. You are a competitive person driven by achieving goals. To succeed in the job, you need to be persistent and creative. It is important that you speak good Swedish and can explain to the customer in simple terms how an application process works.

Since this is a part-time position with evening hours, we would prefer that you are currently studying.
