Do you want a flexible part-time role where you get to create structure, well-being, and a truly pleasant office environment? We are now looking for an independent and service-oriented Office Coordinator for a growing group of companies with offices in central Stockholm.
About the role
As more companies move into the office, there is now a need for someone to take a holistic approach to daily operations. Here, you will play a key role in creating a pleasant, functional, and welcoming workplace for approximately 30–40 people.
You work independently and are responsible for ensuring the office is in top condition, from purchasing and tidiness to adding that extra touch of gold to everyday life.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly and that the office is always tidy and welcoming. The role includes handling weekly orders, such as coffee/tea supplies and office materials, as well as caring for plants and contributing to a welcoming environment. You are also responsible for storage, inventory, and office supplies, ensuring waste is handled correctly, including coordinating larger waste removal when necessary. Additionally, you handle minor office purchases, help prepare simple coffee breaks, and provide support during smaller events.
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying or has another main occupation for at least the next 1.5 years
- Is available to work approx. 3 hours/week, primarily on Tuesdays
- Has some service experience from previous work, internships, or similar
- Enjoys creating order, structure, and a pleasant environment
- Is independent and takes responsibility for your tasks
- Is social, friendly, and contributes to a positive atmosphere in the office
Our recruitment process
This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position are sent to Academic Work.
We apply rolling selection and will take down the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. We do not use cover letters as a selection method, so one does not need to be attached. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role while promoting equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
For our part-time positions, you as an applicant must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, other employment, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
