💼 About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring smooth and correct export flows from Sweden to global markets. You work end-to-end with export documentation and customs administration, where quality and structure are crucial for deliveries to arrive on time.

Among other things, you will:

• 📄 Handle and quality-assure export documents and invoices
• 🌐 Coordinate export flows with internal and external parties
• ⚖️ Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
• 🔍 Follow up on and resolve discrepancies in documentation
• 🚀 Contribute to the improvement of working methods and processes
