About the role:

In the role of Business Analyst, you will work in a team that develops and further develops a global Case Management solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The system is used by support organizations worldwide to handle technical cases related to vehicles and service processes, where both workshops and dealers create cases that are then handled by different support levels.

You will work closely with both business and technology, where your main task is to analyze needs and translate them into solutions in MS Dynamics. The role involves driving dialogues with key stakeholders in the organization, breaking down requirements, suggesting working methods, and ensuring the solution is built as close to standard as possible. This role suits you if you thrive in the borderland between systems and business and want to be part of an exciting journey where you have the opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and future team building.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Data Economics.
• Has experience in requirements gathering, needs analysis, and process mapping.
• Has a technical interest and good communication skills.
• Has a business-critical mindset and is driven by creating value for the organization.
• Communicates fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Not required, but advantageous if you have:

• Experience in a similar role alongside your studies.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with case management systems such as ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Experience working in global organizations with multiple stakeholders.

About the employment:

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. The ambition is that you will eventually transition into direct employment with the client.
