We are looking for a Junior Service Integrator to join a global IT organization focused on service integration and IT Service Management. You will become part of the Service Integration Office, working to coordinate, monitor, and improve IT services delivered by both internal and external parties.

This role offers broad exposure to IT operations, processes (incident, change, problem), reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders and vendors.

• Support daily operations within IT Change Management and IT Service Management
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries from external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Update and maintain service documentation and process materials
• Contribute to reporting, KPI tracking, and improvement initiatives
• Participate in operational meetings, service reviews, and follow-ups

• Ensure changes and ITSM processes are followed according to guidelines
• Contribute to quality-assured service delivery through monitoring and coordination
• Maintain updated and accurate service documentation
• Provide regular and accurate reporting on KPIs
• Actively participate in improvement work

Required Competencies:

• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of ITIL (incident, change, problem, service management)
• Very good English skills, both written and verbal
• Structured work approach with high attention to detail
• Strong desire to develop within IT Service Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IT Change Management
• Experience with ITSM tools, e.g., ServiceNow
• Experience working with vendors or IT operations
