Do you want to help set the direction for the future MDM environment?

We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven consultant who wants to take a key role in the work of further developing and strategically shaping a larger organization's Modern Device Management environment. The assignment is on-site with our customer in Gävle, starting immediately.

Your responsibilities

In the role, you will work both strategically and operationally with a focus on the organization's MDM and Intune platform.

Examples of tasks:

• Analyze the current state of the existing MDM/Intune environment, including technical troubleshooting.
• Develop a target vision, strategy for the desired future state, and an implementation plan.
• Review, prioritize, and handle incoming cases within the area.
• Lead and coordinate work within the team and contribute technical advice.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and follow modern security principles.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have solid technical experience in Modern Device Management and are accustomed to working structured in complex IT environments. You easily get into existing solutions, identify areas for improvement, and translate needs into concrete proposals and work plans. You thrive working independently, but in close collaboration with internal specialists and other relevant functions.

Requirements

• At least 5–10 years of experience in Modern Management / Mobile Device Management.
• Very good experience with Microsoft Intune and modern client management.
• Experience with Zero Trust principles, Zero Touch solutions, RBAC, and Microsoft Entra.
• Documented experience of strategic work within MDM in a larger and complex organization.
• Practical experience of configuration and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365, Intune, and at the device level (iOS, iPadOS, Android).
• Ability to lead and coordinate work within a team.

Meritorious

• Experience with Samsung Knox and Apple Business Manager.
• Previous work in public sector or other regulated environments.
• Experience of change or improvement work related to client platforms and security.
