About the position
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a full-time Customer Service Representative. The assignment starts on June 1st and runs through August 31st – simply the perfect summer job! Working hours are between 08:00–16:30, with occasional weeks extending to 17:15.
You will be part of a small, caring, and supportive group with a dedicated buddy who ensures a thorough introduction. We offer a responsible summer assignment with the opportunity to quickly become independent in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be a key person in the customer service team, which is centralized and supports three different distribution units. You will handle complex cases involving orders, order status, returns, and transport issues. The role involves both direct customer contact and administrative work, where you follow cases from start to finish. You will work on solving complex problems and ensuring a high level of service for our customers. Among other things, you will:
- Handle incoming calls via telephone.
- Register orders and bookings in the business system.
- Check order status, transport issues, and handle return requests.
- Administer customer cases from start to finish.
- Perform customer-specific handling related to customer numbers and routines.
We are looking for you who
- Have good computer and system skills.
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work.
- Have previous work experience in service-oriented roles.
- Have knowledge of the Office package.
It is an advantage if you:
- Have work experience in a similar customer service role where the telephone is the primary work tool.

Furthermore, you are a team player who contributes to a positive team spirit in a small group.
