About the role Wrknest is currently looking for a Weighbridge Administrator for a summer assignment with their client in Vallentuna. The client operates within material handling and civil engineering, delivering gravel, working with foundation laying, and contributing to larger infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will be a central part of the daily operations at their facility. You will work closely with both drivers and internal functions, ensuring that the correct amount of material is registered and invoiced accurately. The pace is fast, especially during the summer, and you will serve as a key contact point for many external parties.

Your future responsibilities You will work in a team with other administrators and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the facility. The job involves frequent contact with drivers and requires good organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Weighing and registering incoming and outgoing materials
• Ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing
• Receiving calls from drivers and operators
• Coordinating the flow of transport to and from the facility
• Administrative tasks related to the business operations

We are looking for someone who

• Is a student and can work full-time during June, July, and August
• Has good computer skills
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English
• Has experience in service, customer service, or similar roles

As a person, you are meticulous, stress-resistant, and thrive in a role with many touchpoints. You are service-oriented, communicative, and able to handle different types of people professionally, even in a fast-paced environment.
