Part-time Warehouse Associate / Driver – Malmö

About the role

We are currently looking for a warehouse associate/driver for our operations in Malmö who wants to be a valuable resource and support the team during absences, such as sick leave or vacation.

The work consists mainly of warehouse tasks, but deliveries to our customers may also occur. You will become part of a team where collaboration and engagement are crucial to ensuring smooth handling and high customer satisfaction.

The working hours are primarily scheduled for mornings, approximately 07:00–12:00, but can be extended to full days if needed. This role is perfect for you if you have another main occupation – such as studies, part-time work, or retirement – and are flexible and want to work extra when needed. The most important thing for us is that you have the ability to step in with short notice and thrive in a varied role.

The products we handle are primarily vehicle glass, but also accessories and related products. Our customers include glaziers and car dealerships.

Example of tasks

• Receive, pack, and distribute incoming goods and glass in the warehouse
• Load and deliver glass and accessories to our customers with a distribution vehicle (day trips)
• Handle returns
• Ensure order and tidiness in the warehouse

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and quality-conscious. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and contribute to good collaboration. Since the role involves customer contact, we see that you are social, service-oriented, and enjoy meeting people.

The work is physically demanding, which means you need to be in good physical shape and enjoy active work.

Important requirements for the position

• Category B driver's license (required)
• Forklift license for counterbalance forklift (A2 and B1) is an advantage
• Experience in warehouse work and/or distribution is an advantage
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
