About the role

The company is an international media firm working with communication, concept development, and finance. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with competent colleagues in a work environment characterized by camaraderie, care, and drive, where the team always comes first.

In this role, you will work independently with clear guidance towards set goals. As an Order Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that customer orders are handled correctly and efficiently from receipt to delivery.

Scope: Approximately 30% (12–16 hours per week)

Location: Central Stockholm (Opportunity to work from home occasionally)

Duration: May until the end of the year (possibility to work during the summer)

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure the order flow for incoming orders related to the company's products/services.
  • Ensure that data is entered correctly into the company's business system.

We are looking for you who

  • Are currently pursuing post-secondary education at a university or college.
  • Have previous experience in administration or finance.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Have an interest in numbers and structure.
  • Have good skills in Excel.

It is meritorious if you

  • Are studying economics at a university or college.
  • Have worked in business systems or order systems previously.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Communicative.
  • Structured.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Self-driven.
