💼 About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of Bravura's consultants working at our clients. You are their closest point of contact and are responsible for the entire consultant journey – from employment to conclusion. This includes, among other things, drawing up employment contracts, managing scheduling and time reporting, following up on assignments with the client, and holding regular conversations with your consultants. You handle ongoing personnel administration and ensure that everything runs smoothly in everyday life.

An important part of the role is to work with a coaching approach and create the right conditions for our consultants to feel good and perform at their best. You do this by working closely with both the client and the consultant, with a high physical presence at the client sites, focusing on working environment, well-being, and engagement.

In this role, you may also have the opportunity to support our recruiters in recruitment processes when needed, although your main focus will be on the Consultant Manager role.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree, preferably in HR, psychology, or working life
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Merits include experience in service/customer contact or as a recruitment assistant

How the recruitment process works

Our recruitment process is based on a competency-based selection methodology, a scientifically anchored method for making objective selections and quality-assured matches. We conduct rolling selections, so don't wait too long with your application!

If you are considered for the position, we will contact you for an initial phone interview. Regardless of whether you move forward in the process or not, you will receive feedback on your application. From the moment you apply, the process takes place in three steps:

Selection

We review all applications and analyze personal traits and skills together with work experience and education.

Interviews

We start with a phone check-in and follow up with a digital interview with the recruitment manager. The next step is an interview with your future manager. The interviews take about 1 hour. After that, reference checks and potential tests are conducted before the final offer.
