Main Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair air-raid shelters according to drawings and instructions during new production, ROT projects, and repairs of older shelters
• Plan daily work and collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues
• Administer your tasks; report time, material usage, documentation, and make material orders

You will be based at our office in Löddeköpinge. The position is full-time and permanent. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00. Planned start date is as soon as possible.

As a person, you are a goal-oriented "doer" who likes order and structure. You are self-reliant and want to work in a growing company; you are confident in yourself and used to performing. You are serious and responsible. Furthermore, you have good physical fitness and are very reliable. You understand what drives costs and revenues and enjoy working towards goals. You speak and write Swedish fluently (English alone is insufficient). You take ownership of your tasks and can independently find solutions to problems in your daily work at the customer site. For us, the right person is absolutely crucial. You are also our "eyes" to spot new business opportunities and can create upselling in our deals and assignments.

Requirements for Success

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in property, construction, or as an installer
• Good familiarity with handling tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and develop solutions
• Proficiency with computer support and mobile applications
• Good communication skills internally and with customers
• A valid B-driver's license is required.

You do not need prior experience working with air-raid shelters. However, it is an advantage if you have previous experience in installation/reading drawings, concrete work/concrete class 1, hot work/welding, and electrical work/qualifications.
