Salesperson for Bilbörsen in Nyköping – Create world-class experiences.

At Bilbörsen in Nyköping, we are now looking for a car salesperson who wants to join our team and create results. This is a role for you who loves sales, customer meetings, and building lasting relationships.

You work with car sales in our showroom, guiding customers to the right car solution based on their needs. At the same time, you see it as a sport to create new deals, through satisfied customers who recommend you and by always being a strong ambassador, wherever you are.

You meet customers, calculate deals, create quotes, and follow up with structure and drive. Over time, you build your own customer base of returning customers who wouldn't think of buying a car from anyone else. We give you the right prerequisites with relevant call lists and a team that supports you, but it is your energy and endurance that determine how far you go.

With us, the deal is just the beginning. You build relationships where you are present throughout the entire customer journey, from the first thought of changing cars to life with the car and onwards to the next step. You keep in touch, stay one step ahead, and ensure that the customer always feels that someone cares and is on top of things.

We believe you have a big heart for business. For you, sales is about understanding the customer's needs, building trust, and creating experiences that lead to recurring business. You are enduring, relationship-building, and triggered by making good deals, over and over again.

If you also have a background in sports or enjoy competing, you will thrive here. There are colleagues who are happy to challenge you for first place, while you work together as a team.

We work in several different systems, so you need to be comfortable with the computer. The role requires you to be present in the showroom in Nyköping, that is where the business happens. The work is during the day, but weekend work occurs.

Do you need to be an expert on cars? No, we teach you what you need. If you have knowledge from before, it is of course a plus. What we cannot teach you is the desire to drive business forward, the pride in satisfied customers, and the hunger to succeed; you need to already have that with you.
