Do you want to work broadly within HR in a fast-paced and international environment where you can combine operational work with change management? We are now looking for an HR Generalist for an exciting consultancy assignment!
About the role
You will step into a high-tempo situation where the organization is undergoing change.
You will work closely with an HR Business Partner and support managers. The role is broad and includes both operational HR support, employment law issues, and some involvement in change and project work. It may also become relevant to lead new negotiations and work on forward-looking risk assessments.
The team consists of 6 people and is characterized by an open climate, high ceilings, psychological safety, and a flat hierarchy culture where people help each other.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and practical support to managers in daily HR matters
- Ensure that HR processes are carried out efficiently and according to guidelines
- Handle employment law cases and employee relations
- Prepare and conduct union information and negotiations
- Work on risk assessments related to changes
- Ensure compliance with employment law, occupational health and safety regulations, and internal policies
- Handle a large part of the administration related to change work and personnel matters
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience as an HR Generalist or a similar operational HR role
- Has good knowledge of Swedish employment law and occupational health and safety regulations
- Has experience in union collaboration and feels confident in leading negotiations
- Is used to working independently in a fast-paced organization
- Speaks and writes fluently in English and Swedish
- Is service-oriented, structured, and has the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience working in a global environment
- Ability to lead and drive negotiations and risk analyses
