Coop Strömstad is currently looking for several summer substitutes with a service-oriented mindset for the checkout, stock picking, and deli & fish departments. The store was recently renovated, and customers are now welcomed into a beautiful shop with an inviting atmosphere. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong initiative and positive energy that is contagious, can identify customer needs, and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, eager to offer suggestions and ideas, and comfortable working in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store environment. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with common store duties such as customer service, checkout operations, and stock picking. Customers should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-tier service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to shop with joy. Furthermore, you enjoy working at a fast pace and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly desirable, but personal suitability is our top priority.

The positions are part-time summer substitutes for the period of June to August. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.

• You must be at least 18 years old as you need to be able to work independently at the checkout.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
• Previous experience in grocery retail is advantageous.
