We are now expanding our team in Örebro County with more skilled and dedicated transition coaches who wish to work on an hourly basis as needed. About the Role As a Transition Coach, you support individuals facing changes in their working lives - this could involve redundancy, career transition, new career paths, or the need for retraining. You work closely with participants through individual meetings, follow-ups, and continuous coaching. In addition to administration, your responsibilities include:

• Leading individual coaching sessions focused on career guidance and change support.
• Mapping competencies, setting goals, and creating individual development plans.
• Supporting participants in job searching, CV and application writing, as well as educational choices.
• Matching participants' competencies with employers' needs and building networks.
• Collaborating with employers, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

You plan and structure your work independently - in close dialogue with participants and coordinators. The role also involves travel throughout the county, as coaching takes place in several locations. Therefore, a valid B-driver's license is an advantage. Who Are We Looking For? We believe you are a person who creates security, engagement, and motivation in your interactions. You are skilled at listening, analyzing, and inspiring - and you are driven by seeing others grow. You must have:

• At least 7 years of work experience (full-time equivalent).
• At least 3 years of coaching experience within the last 7 years.
• Documented coaching competence and the ability to support people in transition.
• Good knowledge of the local labor market and established employer contacts.
• Understanding of societal systems such as the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, etc.

could be within the fields of working life, behavioral sciences, psychology, study and career guidance, social work programs, or job coaching education (university college, university). Advantageous if you have experience with

• Work-oriented rehabilitation.
• Coaching individuals with physical or mental health issues.
• Collaboration with actors within the rehabilitation chain and labor market legislation.

Iris offers both standard and health-adapted transition services - for established transition organizations, the public sector, and private employers. The support includes personal meetings, activities, and interventions designed according to each participant's conditions and goals. We work to strengthen individuals' work capacity and enable pathways to work, studies, or entrepreneurship. Additional Information The position is an hourly paid employment as needed. Start date is by agreement. Working hours and scope vary based on operational needs, so we cannot guarantee a specific number of working hours.
