Your Mission: From Empty Space to Sales-Ready Store

As part of the setup team, you are key to quickly and efficiently launching new stores or carrying out large-scale renovations. You will work on projects that typically last between one to three months.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assembly & Installation: Building and installing heavy shelving systems, coolers/freezers, checkout counters, and all other store fixtures – strictly according to drawings and planograms.
• Logistics: Handling, receiving, and checking in merchandise deliveries for store fixtures and equipment.
• Final Stage: Ensuring correct stock replenishment and merchandising to create an attractive and 100% sales-ready store environment.

🌎 This is a Traveling Role – All of Sweden is Your Workplace!

IMPORTANT: This job is for you if you enjoy being on the road! Projects take place across the country, meaning you will live away during the week and travel home over the weekend. Lexman naturally covers accommodation and travel throughout the entire project period.

Who Are We Looking For? The Handy Project Employee

We are looking for a self-motivated "doer" with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both physically and methodically.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ⭐ Experience in Construction/Assembly (Required): You have experience in store construction, setup, renovation, or similar practical construction/assembly work.
• 📏 Reading Drawings (Required): Ability to read and translate planograms/drawings into a correct store layout.
• 🗣️ Communication (Required): You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• 🚗 Driver's License (Advantageous): A B-class driver's license is a big plus, but not an absolute requirement.

Personality: You are a responsible team player who values camaraderie and is solution-oriented when challenges arise.
