INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR

As an Influencer Coordinator, you hold an operational key role in enabling scalable and effective influencer and community work. You work closely with a team consisting of Team Leads and Specialists, supporting the team's success by driving the daily work forward.

The role involves a strong focus on structure, coordination, and relationship building, ensuring that collaborations with creators are executed smoothly and with high quality. You are responsible for operational priorities within creator and community work, as well as for the daily dialogue and relationship management with creators. Negotiations regarding compensation, contracts, and long-term collaborations are conducted in consultation with the Specialist and/or Team Lead, who set the framework and make final decisions.

You will report to the Head of Paid Media.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Scouting new creators, primarily within the nano and micro segments

• Managing onboarding and ongoing relationships with creators

• Building and maintaining creator pools and internal structures

• Ensuring continuity in collaborations and community work

• Coordinating deliveries, deadlines, and rights

• Developing creator proposals and materials for Specialists and Team Leads

Qualifications

• Experience working with influencers, social media, or similar areas

• Strong organizational skills and experience handling multiple projects in parallel

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience working in a structured manner with documentation and processes is an asset

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
