Do you want to work with technology that makes a difference in society? A growing technology company in the energy sector is now seeking electrical engineers who want to help develop solutions for future power transmission and the energy transition.

In the role of an electrical engineer, you will develop electrical designs for, among other things, low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, as well as relay, control, and monitoring systems. The work is primarily carried out in a CAD environment where, based on input from sales or project managers, you will draw single-line and circuit diagrams for both simple and more complex projects.

You will become part of a close collaboration with mechanical engineers, project managers, sales staff, and production, where you are not only responsible for the design but also contribute as technical support throughout the process. The role involves a holistic perspective – from the first drawing to the finished product – and you will have the opportunity to follow your work all the way into production.

The work is characterized by variety, where you sometimes work on several projects in parallel and in some cases also participate in customer dialogues and technical meetings. You will help ensure the quality of deliveries and contribute to meeting future needs in the energy sector, for example by developing solutions for smart grids.

• A university degree or civil engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of CAD software

Not required, but advantageous if you have:

• Experience in electrical design, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Experience working with CAD software

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the Client and our side is that you will eventually become a direct employee of the client.
