Our client is seeking an engaged receptionist to become the face of their dynamic workplace. You will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact and create a welcoming atmosphere in an environment characterized by collaboration and professionalism.

About the Role

In this combined role, you will be the face of our client's reception while also acting as the right hand to the company's Senior Director for R&D. The role requires a keen sense of service and the ability to proactively support management. You will become a central point in the organization where no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing the daily operations of the reception, which includes welcoming visitors, handling communication, and performing various administrative tasks to support the office.

You will work on-site at the office from 07:45 to 16:30.

  • Welcome visitors and customers with a professional approach.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Manage mail handling and courier services.
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are presentable.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Is social and service-oriented.
  • Has work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Has basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Has completed upper secondary education.

It is Meritorious If You Have

  • Education in hotel, tourism, or administration.
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role where you provided direct support to executives at the management level.
