Are you our new Network Technician? Do you want to work with critical infrastructure and help ensure stable and secure communication in an operation that makes everyday life function? Do you also want to help develop future network solutions in a technical and society-sustaining environment? We are now looking for our next star – a Network Technician! As a Network Technician with us, you will have a central role in the operation, maintenance, and development of our network infrastructure, becoming part of an engaged and knowledgeable team responsible for the city networks in Linköping, Mjölby, and Katrineholm. Together, you will ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof network environment where availability, performance, and quality are crucial. With a focus on installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of network solutions for our customers, you will also contribute to the long-term development of our fiber network. Here, you will combine daily operational work with strategic improvement efforts, where your days will be filled with:

• staffing the NOC (Network Operation Center)
• installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment
• optimizing network performance and implementing security updates
• troubleshooting and working with routing, switching, and security
• designing and developing new network solutions

Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for someone with a technical interest who thrives in a role where responsibility, quality, and collaboration are in focus. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have the ability to work independently while appreciating being part of a team. With your experience in network technology, you will contribute both operationally in daily work and in the development of a stable and secure network environment. Experience you bring and share with us:

• completed upper secondary education
• experience in network infrastructure
• experience with monitoring tools
• experience with routing, switching, network protocols, and security
• experience with server technology and virtualization
• good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken
• basic knowledge of English
• Class B driver's license

Higher education or vocational training with a focus on network and IT security is an asset, as is experience working in a SOC (Security Operation Center).
