We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a 19-year-old girl with a great zest for life and an active daily routine.

As a personal assistant, you will accompany her throughout the day and be present where her life takes place – in the family home in Orminge, at school in Fruängen, and at various activities around Stockholm. You will support her with daily tasks such as mobility (using several assistive devices), personal care, meals, and communication.

In this role, you will help enable both structure and spontaneity. With your support, we create security, participation, and conditions for independence – in both the small and the big things.

About You

We are looking for a woman, approximately 20–45 years old, who is secure, responsible, and attentive. You find it easy to adapt and meet others with warmth, respect, and presence.

Experience working as a personal assistant is an asset but not a requirement. What matters most to us is your engagement and personality. Training and introduction will be tailored to your needs.

About the Position

The position is an hourly contract with scheduled shifts and the possibility of a permanent role over time. Working hours are primarily in the afternoons, evenings, and every other weekend, plus extra shifts as needed. Opportunities for night shifts with sleeping on-call duty are available.

We value long-term commitment and continuity and hope you will enjoy the role and stay. Start date according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
