We are currently seeking several residential support workers to join our team at Ormbunksvägen and Björklidsvägen. We offer training and a developmental job where you make a real difference! The positions are permanent, temporary, and hourly temporary.
About Ormbunksvägen and Björklidsvägen Both units accommodate 6 clients. The houses are located on the ground floor. Ormbunksvägen is located on Tosterö in Strängnäs. Public transport is not very good to this location. Björklidsvägen is located on the outskirts of Mariefred towards the forest. It is accessible by bus followed by a short walk. The operations have a car for client activities as well as shopping, doctor visits, etc.
About the role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other colleagues, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, evenings, weekends, awake nights, and sleeping on-call duty.
You have a group leader or group manager close by who spends part of their time working in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.
Your experience and knowledge The applicant should have a high school education in care and welfare or equivalent training. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Personkrets 1 (Security clearance). Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow. Experience with challenging clients is a plus. Driver's license required.

Other information Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period, temporary, and hourly temporary. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Start date: As soon as possible by agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously. Application deadline: 2026-03-15.
