About the position

In the role of Accounting Assistant, you will be a key player in the central finance department, where you will handle critical accounting processes. You are responsible for ensuring smooth flows within accounts payable and receivable as well as cash management. Your work is crucial for the department's efficiency and contributes to the organization's financial stability.

Additional information

  • The work will take place over a period of 6-7 weeks between June and August
  • The employment rate is between 80%-100%
  • Work is performed on weekdays during office hours

Responsibilities

As an Accounting Assistant, you will perform varied and responsible tasks within accounting, with a focus on maintaining efficient financial flows and system support for our client. The work is carried out in the Unit4 ERP business system. Your tasks will include:

  • Manage accounts payable, including invoices, payment files, and support
  • Be responsible for accounts receivable, such as invoicing, collections, and file management
  • Book daily transactions and manage internal bank transfers
  • Approve price lists and provide some support within e-commerce

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience with similar tasks
  • Have good computer skills and the ability to use various IT systems in your work
  • Are an outgoing and meticulous person who combines a positive attitude with attentiveness and a pronounced service mindset

It is an asset if you have

  • Experience from a larger organization, municipality, or region
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Unit4 ERP business system
