Responsibilities

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for the analysis, planning, and follow-up of the organization's property needs

• Develop and manage property requirement plans and functional programs

• Work strategically and long-term with property planning and supply

• Negotiate, administer, and follow up on property lease agreements

• Ensure cost-effective, functional, and operationally adapted property solutions

• Work with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up related to properties

• Collaborate with internal clients, technical management, operations, and project organizations

• Drive dialogue with external parties such as property owners and landlords

• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and governance within the property area

Requirements Profile

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Post-secondary education (minimum vocational training) with a focus on real estate, economics, urban planning, or construction

• Experience in developing functional programs or property requirement plans in at least two projects for public sector operations

• Completed course in lease law

• Experience in lease negotiations for public sector operations in at least three projects

Merits

• Experience from the public sector or large organizations

• Several years of experience with administrative tasks related to property planning and decision-making support

• Experience in strategic and long-term planning and development of property needs
