We are seeking experienced consultants and trainers in project management for a long-term collaboration focused on developing project governance within a large organization in Gothenburg.

The assignment includes both training initiatives and practical consulting support, with a focus on strengthening the organization's ability to drive projects according to established methodologies (XLPM or similar). The assignment offers an opportunity to work long-term in a complex organization with significant influence on working methods and project governance.

In this role, you will work with a combination of training and operational support.

You will, for example:

• Conduct training in project management and project governance

• Adapt content to the organization's needs

• Support project managers and steering groups in ongoing projects

• Contribute to the development and implementation of working methods and methodologies

• Act as a sounding board in complex project environments

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in project management within complex organizations

• Experience in training within project methodologies (preferably XLPM or similar)

• Strong pedagogical skills and experience leading groups

• Experience in consulting work and change support

• Ability to adapt working methods to different operations

• Experience in roles with clear responsibility in project environments

• Experience from the public sector or politically governed organizations

• Certifications in project management

• Experience in methodology development or implementation

• The assignment is long-term

• The assignment includes varying inputs over time

• Location in Gothenburg with a combination of physical and digital inputs

• Combination of training and consulting assignments

• Start date can be arranged on an ongoing basis

You are confident in your competence, used to working independently, and have an easy time building trust within organizations. You combine structure with flexibility and have the ability to translate theory into practice.
