About the Role

We are currently looking for engaged and service-oriented employees for the role of Coordinator to support our client during the spring and summer. Here, you and your colleagues will be the hub for complex transport flows and serve as the contact point for production staff.

The work involves handling communication and the administrative flow regarding personnel related to transport bookings. You will work in an environment where conditions can change rapidly, requiring you to maintain your composure and reprioritize when disruptions occur.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team leader regarding schedule changes
• Handle reporting of working hours and absence, as well as booking of overnight rooms when necessary
• Create and update schedules for personnel
• Inform personnel about schedule and shift changes
• Verify schedules with the responsible department and report deviations

We are looking for you who

• Have a driver's license and access to a car, as this is required to get to work
• Have good computer and system skills
• Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in customer service and administration or similar tasks
• Experience working with Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP or similar business systems
• Experience from the logistics industry

• Start: Immediate
• Extent: Full-time during spring and summer until August 31st
• Working hours: Shift work including day, evening, and weekends, scheduled between 06:00 and 21:45
• The position requires an extract from the criminal register
