About the Role

This role is for you who already have experience in quality work and wish to take on greater overall responsibility in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring and developing the quality of our product range and processes. You will work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers, focusing on preventing issues, analyzing deviations, and driving improvement initiatives.

The role also includes responsibility within compliance, ensuring that our products and processes meet relevant legal requirements, regulations, and internal policies.

You will report to the Quality Manager and become part of a high-tempo team with a clear focus on quality, structure, and results.

Your Main Responsibilities

Ensure that the company's quality standards are maintained
Implement and follow up on quality controls in production, supply chain, and warehouse operations
Coordinate, document, and analyze quality deviations and drive improvement work
Analyze recurring customer complaints and implement corrective actions
Develop and update quality manuals, routines, and policies
Conduct internal and external quality audits
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement improvements
Monitor key performance indicators and report quality results
Follow up on financial compensation in cases of quality deviations

Compliance (Part of the Role)

Ensure products meet relevant legal requirements and regulations (e.g., product safety, labeling, and documentation)
Collaborate with internal and external parties regarding certifications and requirements

We Are Looking For You Who

Have at least 3 years of relevant experience and have independently driven quality and improvement work
Have worked operationally with deviation management and quality processes
Have a good understanding of supply chains and product quality
Are accustomed to working in a structured and data-driven manner
Are communicative and enjoy collaborating with multiple functions

Merits

Practical Information

Salary: 32,000 – 38,000 SEK/month depending on experience
Scope: Full-time
