Experienced Service Advisor for Werksta Mölnlycke, Gothenburg
Werksta Mölnlycke is seeking an engaged, experienced, and service-oriented car service advisor/customer receptionist with technical competence for our facility in Gothenburg.
You are the person who sits at the front, greeting customers with a smile. You follow the customer and car from start to finish, i.e., customer meeting, booking, work orders, ordering spare parts, workshop planning, final invoicing, follow-up, etc. In this role, you work closely with customers and the workshop to ensure efficient service processes and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
As a service advisor, you become a key contact point for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing bookings for service and repairs.
Handling quote requests and insurance matters, ensuring our customers receive a secure and professional experience.
Working actively and engaged to ensure our customers are satisfied with how we handle their vehicles.
Offering our additional services to customers with a customer focus is an important part of your daily work.
Furthermore, you answer the phone and maintain contact with the customer during the workshop visit to follow up and inform them about necessary repairs. If needed, you act as customer support and offer guidance on technical questions.
Who are you?
We believe you have:
A requirement is that you have previously worked as a service advisor at a car workshop; experience with VW brands is a merit.
Good experience with service-oriented and customer-focused workshop work.
Good computer skills, administrative ability, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Automotive/mechanical experience or background.
Class B driver's license (manual transmission).
Previous experience with the systems Cabas, ELSA, and Automaster is a merit.
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible.
Drive and motivation are crucial for this role. In this recruitment, great importance will be placed on your personality.
In this role, you need to enjoy working with positive engagement and energy towards the customer, sometimes in a high tempo. This requires high service awareness, good communication skills, and a strong presence.
If you have an interest in cars, technology, and are generally curious to learn, we believe you will find it easier to get up to speed with our operations and help our customers through their workshop visits in a great way.
You are also proactive, structured, positive, and flexible regarding different tasks. You also have good collaboration skills and contribute to a good atmosphere as we are a team working closely together.
