About the role

Responsibilities
- Open incoming mail
- Scan documents
- Handle case processing
- Work with digitization and archiving of physical documents
We are looking for you who
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, as this is required for the job
- Have completed upper secondary education
- Are proficient with computers
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Current experience reviewing and checking incoming documents within public administration

Additional information:
- Start date: Immediate. The assignment runs until July 31, 2026, with a good chance of extension
- Scope: Full-time during daytime hours, Monday-Friday
- Location: At the office in Örebro; all work is performed on-site at the client's premises
- A background check will be conducted upon employment.
