About the position
We are looking for colleagues who want to work with us over the summer and as ongoing hourly substitutes into the autumn! Or perhaps this is just the beginning of a continued journey within the care profession, and you want to stay with us longer?

We are currently looking for more colleagues who want to work as personal assistants for our client in the Stockholm area.
About you
To thrive with us, you are someone who enjoys working with people and can attend to the needs of others. As a person, you are attentive, responsible, and flexible, as well as a good team player. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and suitability for the role in relation to the client match.
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience working in care or as a personal assistant.
What does a typical day look like?
The role involves working closely with the client and adapting your support to individual needs. Your workplace is wherever the client is, for example, shopping, doctor's appointments, or coffee in town. You are there for the client as they live their life based on their conditions.
The client has varying working hours on weekdays and weekends, and shifts can include day, evening, and night.
The tasks include, among others:
Support with daily routines and household chores.
Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals.
Practical support in daily activities.
Transportation and mobility assistance.
Scope: Varying employment rate.
Number of positions: 10.
Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve working alone, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) may not be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present an extract from the criminal register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will cover both the criminal register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so orders should be made well in advance.
