As a Reception Team Leader, you play a key role where you both lead and inspire the reception team while being the face of our company to all our guests. You work closely with your Destination Manager to create a welcoming and efficient environment where both colleagues and guests feel at home and enjoy the best experiences.

What does the role entail?

As a Reception Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations of the reception and the shop. You are actively involved in operational tasks such as check-in and check-out, guest service, booking management, and merchandise flow in the shop. You lead and coach seasonal staff, ensuring that everyone follows our routines for efficient and professional guest service. You collaborate with your Destination Manager and ensure the team is well-informed about routines and expectations.

As a Team Leader in the reception, you are also expected to be flexible and support with other tasks at the destination where needed – we are a team that always helps each other!

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have experience in reception work, are familiar with using booking systems, and have good IT skills. You should have a background in tourism, retail, or service, but this is not a requirement.

To succeed in this role, you thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail. You look out for the team's best interests, have a solution-oriented approach, and are a natural leader who can create engagement and cohesion within the group. You are communicative, positive, and enjoy being flexible and supporting where needed. A sense of humor and the ability to create a good atmosphere are qualities we appreciate.

To communicate effectively with both Swedish and international guests, we prefer that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.

Experience in team leadership and possibly in camping operations is an asset.

Terms: We are looking for a Reception Team Leader for the summer season. The role is a full-time seasonal position (40 hours/week) and includes working hours in the evenings and weekends, in accordance with collective agreements.
