As an Age Compliance Officer and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around the country visiting shops, cafes, restaurants, etc., to conduct so-called test purchases of e.g., games, tobacco, medicines, and alcohol to verify that the sales unit requests ID for age-restricted goods. Furthermore, as a Mystery Shopper, you will conduct anonymous quality assessments. You act as a completely ordinary customer and assess, among other things, the environment, sales, and staff treatment based on an adapted protocol with various measurement points, similar to a customer or market survey. We help our clients develop quality and sales in customer interactions and ensure that established routines are followed on an ongoing basis.

We are now looking for someone interested in performing mystery shopping assignments in the form of age compliance checks, i.e., checks to ensure that alcohol is not sold to minors. (Alcohol Act Chapter 5 § 5). According to requirements from our client, you must be between 20 and 24 years old.

You need a manual B driver's license and good driving experience to be able to travel with the vehicles we provide. You work in teams of two people; you normally work from morning to evening during standard retail opening hours.

We select suitable candidates on an ongoing basis and invite them to an interview for a closer presentation of the services, setup, and compensation.
