As a Payroll Consultant, you will play a central role in the company's payroll function, responsible for ensuring the payroll process is carried out correctly and efficiently. You will work broadly with payroll administration, application of collective agreements, and reporting to authorities, while also serving as a support to managers and employees on payroll-related matters. We are looking for a Payroll Consultant for a 50% consulting assignment with one of our clients in Malmö. The assignment spans one year and is conducted via KFX HR-partner, where you will be working on-site at our client's location.

In the role of Payroll Consultant, you will have a varied daily routine where you help drive the daily payroll work forward. This is a role for you who enjoy taking responsibility and want to work in an environment where you have the opportunity to grow and develop within the payroll field.

You will also work with:

• Conducting payroll runs and ensuring salaries are correct
• Checking and following up on payroll data such as time reports, absence, and vacation
• Handling payroll-related inquiries from managers and employees
• Reporting to authorities and managing employer declarations
• Contributing to the development and streamlining of routines within the payroll process

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and has a genuine interest in payroll work. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure with service and collaboration, and you work just as well independently as in a team. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and see challenges as opportunities to develop within the payroll field. We also prefer that you have:

• Post-secondary education with a focus on payroll, HR, or finance
• Experience in payroll work, such as payroll administration, payroll runs, or working with collective agreements
• Good computer skills and interest in digital tools
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Start Date: Immediate

Scope: Part-time position 50%, the assignment is planned to span a twelve-month period.
